Referral and AppointmentsReferral can only occur via your GP. The Mental Health Nurse will see you at the GP clinic Review and ExitPatients will be reviewed every three months. A patient will no longer be eligible for the service when they no longer require the clinical services of a mental health nurse or they become case managed by Latrobe Regional Hospital Mental Health Services * Please note: If you are under the care of Latrobe Regional Hospital, Mental Health Services you can not access this service.
